3x2 Parking Lot with Bike Rack

This parking lot is 3 wide 2 deep to help fill in commonly sized gaps. I use a few custom props (that I did not create); including a stone wall and covered bike rack.

A few cars are poorly parked and one backed into the space. There is a couple of gaps in the rear wall with pedestrian entrances which should allow people to walk in the rear if there's a pathway back there.

Total of 12 parking spaces and 3 (decorative) bike spaces. This item has the option checked to flatten terrain rather than conform.
