Changes in v0.2
- Added negative affect to foreign relations, due to the fact that other countries probadly would dislike the fact they'll take your immigrants, so to speak.

Immigration control can become a huge problem, and therefore sometimes Immigration Control is truly needed. However, some people say its inequality, ethnic minorities dislike it, and the other countries dislike you doing this, due to the fact they're getting more immigrants than you are now. Patriots love the idea though.

I love this mod. Not a single minority in my country and I create an eligatarian society the same day. It's like living prior to 1970, except you still have all your technology

Cool mod! I have some suggestions for its improvement.
1) Higher immigration control should negatively affect the economy via a labor shortage, like in real life, while lower should increase crime.
2) I think there should be different name for the slider levels for this policy. None = Open Arms, Low = Required Visas, Medium = Refugees Only, High = Border Fortresses.

Could there be names for the different levels of control? Like high = no immigration or low = no checks?

That's a great idea. An incremental emigration control ranging from moderate policies to fight brain drain through economic or tax incentives to North Korea-style control would be a great addition to the game.

thank you, always annoyed me that I made border control to max but ended up with 75% ethnic minorities

Zero, the only way i could see that being possible is by making a law that directly affects brain drain.
