描述
A brand new work using the new features of CS. This one build only at 90 degrees corners and requires high density level 4. It takes 3 x 3 squares and adds some awesomeness to every street corner in yourcity, so enjoy!

Amazing, I know exactly where this on is located. Do you have some more of those dark brick 4-5 storey buildings which are typical for the Südstadt district of Hannover?
I would really like to use some non-corner ones.

there is a strange problem: when this is placed on uneven surface it has no basement as other buildings do.

The good news - as I get, it also spawns on old bioms, not only in Europe (I can open and save it in Editor in any biome)

@boformer So far cornered properties are bound to euro maps and a 90 deg angle between roads by the game, we can't change that right now. The theme will be selected right before creating objects in the asset editor.
