It says Police Universum because it was made for a specific server called UniversumRP.
I will do a "real" police car without Universum later.

Nice, tips for your next skins, it's only written ''Police'' or ''Gendarmerie" on the sides, in doubt check ''Gendarmerie Nationale vehicules" on google.
