de_godzilla is a medium sized map for Counter-Strike: Source. The map is an homage and tribute to the Godzilla movies where the titular character would roam freely in a city and begin destroying it.

The Terrorists have found a way to grow extra large and now it's up to the Counter-Terrorists to find a way to step them before they can plant a bomb and destroy a large chunk of the city.

The map has a lot of detail for players who are interested in a map that will perform well for ragdoll posing and Machinima's.

UPDATE - 18/05/2015 - The Workshop upload has been updated so that now the map comes with a .NAV file. NPC's and Custom NPC's are now freely able to roam the map.

- The map is internally referred to as "de_godzilla" for those who want to operate by console and it can be found in the "Counter-Strike: Source" section of the map select screen.

- If the player shoots the air control tower at the airport then the nearby plane will begin to fly into the air. This allows the player to jump on it and rise up into the air.

- de_godzilla was originally uploaded by me to the Steam Workshop back in 2013, however the map was soon removed for unknown reasons. I'm reuploading the map under the assumption that the previous takedown was a mistake. if the creator of the map did so, then please contact and notify me.
