Survivalist Bill (back in 'Nam)

UPDATE 05/16: Now comes with working cigarette particles courtesy of Jules and Miztaegg!

This is a slightly modified version of arby26's "Survivalist Bill." The aim was to recolor the gear and clothes to better resemble what was used by US forces in the Vietnam War. Includes working facial expressions.

Changes:

- Suspenders and ammo pouches (and canteen) changed from a green to an olive drab color
- Faded "US" markings added to all the ammo pouches (and canteen)
- Added some dirt and stains to Bill's shirt as it looked a little too clean beforehand for a zombie apocalypse (WIP)
- Pants and boots changed from a brown to green color for authenticity and to better match Bill's default color scheme

Known Bugs (that I can't do anything about):

- Does not work with "Smoking Bill" mod
- Certain custom weapons/items will cause a weird arm stretch glitch to occur in first-person
- Custom first person animations that newer weapon and item mods have may be messed up (unconfirmed)
- No incap image
