Sorry, I forgot to say. You should use ClearUI or Silicon skin mod with Sapphire.
Semi-transparent icons are not displayed correctly in Default UI.

I created semi-transparent icons by photoshop.

Thank you for your response. I wonder too, but I wonder how you used the alpha map. Is not the alpha map is only 0 or 100 two kinds? The transparent value?

I believe Thumb_focused is the icon used when you actually have the building clicked/selected.
