描述
A watertower, constructed by the architect Alvar Aalto in Otaniemi Finnland, made into an asset by Alvar aka Drosovila.

-Stats:

3 times the cost and 3 times the capacity of the vanilla water tower.

Doesn't require electricity.

Employs 20 workers because theres a water research laboratory in it's base (becasue it's part of the technical university of otaniemen).

-650 tris, 2048x1024 texture res, autogenerated LOD

I keep getting issues with this item no road contection or pipes when its as close to the road it can go and is contected

Hi i really like your models and planning to add some of it in my French collection (started with water towers), so translated, different balanced stats and sorted in panel with thumbnail fixed along within the collection. Of course all credits will goes to you with links provided to your model.
