PropHunt Extended With Autotaunt

描述
A modification of Prophunt Extended that forces the props to taunt after a period of time.
Taunts occur by default between 45 and 75 seconds.

Now available for mass bugtesting!!!!
Any questions/comments/bugs let me know in the comments.

As this is a modification of the PropHunt Extended gamemode and not Prop Hunters, no.
I may take a look at Prop Hunters to see if I can add the same mod to Prop Hunters, or add prop rotation to this gamemode itself.
