The Alastor is the Navy's science cruiser. It's built mainly for scouting and charting unknown territoy, as well as research compartments for up to 8 different scientists. Only lightly armed, their turrets are only a match to asteroids, and barely even phase enemy fighters. This ship relies on it's stealthy design and escort to survive in a hostile environment.
