Its Brain Collector & MrBrightside's ACR rifle from the Insurgency item of the same name, ported to Left 4 Dead with Tigg's fancy stuffed magazine and Brightside's own ACOG with iLag's reticle.

Replaces the hidden Counterstrike SG552 on ImBroke's Scar animations.
