Well, usually because of the police won't call the military for help unless the situation is really bad.

Given the size of the base It would look to be an army reserve, not big enough and lacks proper equipment to be full military facility. A full barracks might be nice.

@MFC-03: What makes you think this mod is about USA? And who even cares what US facilities are called?
