Dota, redesigned. New abilities. New items. Even new heroes!

Version 1.0.0 highlights:
  • New heroes: complete spell revamps to Death Prophet, Lion, Morphling, Night Stalker, Omniknight, Pugna, Queen of Pain, and Sniper! Many more new heroes have already been designed and are on the way!
  • New items: over 50 new or significantly changed items!
  • New abilities for Abaddon, Anti-Mage, Chaos Knight, Crystal Maiden, Disruptor, Enchantress, Lich, Nature's Prophet, and Warlock!
  • New Aghanim's Scepter upgrades for Abaddon, Centaur Warrunner, Enchantress, Legion Commander, Mirana, Nature's Prophet, and Weaver!
  • Heaps of moved abilities for maximum synergy!

Dota Detuned is an experimental project that primarily aims to iterate on Dota's existing designs. Its goals are twofold: to create a unique version of Dota, and to eventually see some of its changes brought over to the main game. Its design philosophy is "concept first, balance second", so expect significant tweaks to numbers as more playtesting occurs.

Dota Detuned is a work in progress, so more ideas will be implemented regularly. If you would like to help out, feel free to post balance suggestions, bug reports, new ability icon art, or translations. Enjoy!

@Timurid, hey, have you gotten a chance to test whether you're still experiencing crashes now that the gifs have been removed?

I will test it all the possible ways. I wish I could use beta x64 but it dont suppor all the things that x32 support atm.

@Timurid, thanks for reporting that issue, because I wasn't aware of it! I did notice that the gifs looked funky in-client, but I thought that was purely a visual bug. Are you using the default 32-bit Reborn client?

I'm going to try removing the preview gifs on the page here; would you mind letting me know if the problem persists or is fixed?

Great potential but please fix that it crash the dota reborn in 90% cases when I open its page in library. I think its cuz of gifs in preview. We cant play with friends in this map.
