A car powered by spinning wheels powered with a manual turn wheel
Use:
1. Put on a flat or downhill surface.
2. make sure the handbrake is off (the lock on the spinner block) look at it at it and press T
3.Get on the back and look at the turn wheel then press T

Trouble shooting:
p:Will not move
S:Make sure the hand brake is off or the hill is to steep.

There is no stearing and I will develop that soon
