Steep Terrain Building

描述
Allows placing ploppable buildings on steep terrain (auto-flattens terrain).

Will not work for buildings which include an attached road (airport for example) unless Road Anarchy ( http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=418556522 ) is also used.

@Tyler Gently I just added an exclusion for buildings placed on water or shoreline.

You should disable this on advanced wind turbines, it's leveling the riverbed.

This applies to road and train tracks too I notice. that's not always good imo.

Unfortunately also water pump assets will get flattened ground, so the pipes never reach the water beneath it...
