It actually has two meanings:

1) It's my "clantag" (Though only two people are using it which may mean that it's not really such a thing but let's pretent it was)

2) The alias of my brother is Dr.Desasstrah (Dr.D in short) and I thought it would be funny to make a little homage to it since it's a medkit and he's a doctor by name and all...

I know it's not that funny but hey, why not?
