Counter-Strike: Source - Knife
Open spawn menu -> weapons -> Counter-Strike: Source -> Knife

This addon also fixes the "missing texture error" for the knife on gamemode Murder:
As serveradmin: Just add the Workshop-ID to your Workshop-Collection
As client: Just click on subscribe
