The mod version seems to have broken (doesn't do anything ingame). I know you only hexed the mod, but if you had any clues to offer for why it stopped working, that would be fantastic! I checked whether the file structure of the tf2_textures_dir.vpk has changed (it hasn't) or whether the mod would start working with a clean "custom" folder (it didn't). Only additional info I could give is that my ingame mask is painted white (tho that didn't use to matter when using this mod in the past).
