3x4 Police headquarter with slightly higher costs and upkeep.

The "SUBMIT" and "CONFORM" billboards are custom props. You can use the station without subscribing to those but they won't show up in your game. (As far as I know. Can somebody confirm this?)

I would have liked this building if it had something trivial as a Police logo on the wall. By looking at it, you wouldn't guess it is a Police HQ. Nice building otherwise.

I LOVE this building. Whether it's for reining in the police state, or recreating the movie "They Live", I can't enough of stuff like this. Great work.
