A small town hall found in many rural European villages.
Might work as a post office, train station or the like as well.

Custom model (2.900 tris, 1024x1024 textures (d, a, s, n)), custom LOD (82 tris 512x512 texture).

The brightness ingame heavily depends on the color correction used... they appear a lot darker when not using Tropical or Realistic. I can't say which one I used for the screenshots :)
