You are correct. This is like a Japanese-election billboard.

I made this for Ukyochi who is Japanese broadcaster,
so her image is on the top of the list.

I dont know what is this but it looks interesting. It reminds of a billboard I once saw in japan, but it had the faces of what I understood to be local politicians.
