Features a smoking wreck of a car, stopped by a tree.
The broken fence tries to represent the course of the accident.
Innocent bystanders can watch and enjoy the scene in the restricted front area.
Which won't be restricted anymore if you continue the way with footpaths,
which is possible but doesn't attract a more civilized behaviour than driving a car on it.

These are my first arrangements and some feedback would be appreciated.
My intention atm: with the low amount of custom props available,
I try to keep things simple, but prefer assets with less items anyways.

This park has the same cost/effect as the default one as noone can look away from accidents.
