Small Pier (inland) by Tair

This is a small pier for your city.

NOTES: it cant be place In the water but very close to it. Looks awesome anyway. A pier that goes into the water is on the works but it will be decorative only.

why didnt you make it just a harbour and then you would say that it should be deactivated so that no boats go to it

Works good with the "Move it" mod to place on water. Really nice pier.

What I do to place it in water is to reclaim land on water, place this asset and simply terraform back to let the water flow underneath.

For anyone wondering, this asset most likely doesn't need a AD update, (it has lights) nothing else changed...

Any chance of an AD update? The pier in the AD DLC requires it be placed on water, this one you don't have too (can be placed by roadside! :)

just make it placeable anywhere instead of just ground or water... that should fix the issue enabling it to be placed right on the shore...

@gamo. It has a very small land value. I carefully put values. For this is one is very small,like 50
so its not very OP.
