This is the High Residential version!

This is an European Apartment Block (the one i grew up in actually :o).

In the Game it is a Level 2 High Residential Building with the Plotsize 4x2


Model Stats:
1024 Texture
custom LoD (120 Tris)
2022 Tris

Mosh in the Output _log.txt it says this for your building: Building cannot upgrade to next level how can I fix this if at all?
