Is this all of Philly, of just the Center City part?

Also wish there was a mod to where you can allow your trams to go underground I wanted to replicate the SS trolley lines 10, 11, 13, 34 and 36 and those lines run underground in Center City and have stops underground.

Wish I could build Chestnut Hill, Mount Airy and Germantown and the rest of NW Philly (Roxbourgh, Manyunk, East Falls, NIcetown, etc), but I love this map.

I need more SEPTA vehicles, though, like their unique D40LFs, because their rear route signs are on teh roof, only buses in America that do that.

built on it once, but only one little shipping area which is totally off for Philly. Other than that, there is no real Jersey side to work with. For me, important to making a Philly city.
