Contains two barrel types: normal (civilian, restores 250 fuel) and big (military, restores 1000 fuel).

Yes, they spawn only in shops. I don't want kill the balance.

Do they only spawn in shops? I can appreciate buying a can of gas in case of emergency but if they start dropping as loot you may as well just have a mod that disables fuel consuption altogether ;)
