A more modern and cleaner incineration facility. It features an increased capacity, power output and collection radius.
For best efficiency, keep in mind, to optimise your traffic network.The large collection radius is quite useless if the trucks can't reach their destinations in time.

I have built 3 of these in my city, and the number of trucks in use is extremely low. One of them only sends out 1-2 trucks, the others no more than 10-15, even though large sections of my city are being abandoned due to lack of garbage collection.
