The Cities Skylines Bookshop

Hello,
this is my first try to create a building in blender. Its probably not perfect but i think its not too bad;)
I tried it out in my game and it worked without a problem.

I feel like this mod has no size competition so if you have a 1x2 zone this will spawn in it. Maybe best used if you have downloaded lots of other 1x2 commercial zones to compete with it.
