Greatly enhances rate of point gain for talents, generics, stats, categories and even prodigies.

If you encounter any bugs, please check the te4.org website to see if there is a newer version of the addon available - uploading to the workshop fails 99% of the time.

Would hardly call this a cheat honestly. Still a very difficult game and it is still VERY much possible to die.

it will not! If you win a game with it, though, it will say the name of the addon - 'cheat' included - on their victory page.

No, that's working as intended! Without this mod you'd be getting 3/1/0/1 at normal levels. The mod basically adds 1/1/0/1 to every level. Plus a few other goodies. It may not feel like much early on, but you get MORE than enough points to do pretty much everything by lategame, assuming you can get there.
