TUC Diomedes

The Diomedes is long range missile frigate. It was originally designed as a heavy transport, higher up saw redundence in having another transport. So it was redesigned into one of the most feared ships to date. Aside from it's 10 missile tubes, it also carries powerful phaser weapons, and two experimental 1500mm HE Mass Driver cannon. A popular ship for pirate raids to be staged upon for it's military value.
