Adds Constitution Class(2009) hull to the game.

Detailed Description:

The Constitution Class Hull
----------------

The Constitution Class is large cruiser, and is fairly good all round.
It has 2 tier 2 energy turrets and a tier 3 energy turret, positioned forward, port and starboard sides of
the main hull, and a tier 3 missile turret at the front of the engineering hull.

Radar Targeting Defence: -10%
Maneuvering: -45%

-Small update to reduce the tech level slightly.
@striker88 - that should increase it's frequency a bit.

could you plz make it to where the hull apears more frequant in more shops then just one
i had to vist the order milltary base like 20 times for it to show up in the shop

As I said earlier, I do have plans to do more from the Star Trek universe, including the Admiral, Galaxy, Sovreign, and Intrepid classes

I would love if you have an Intrepid (Voyager) model you can put into the game. Probably a Light cruiser, 3 T2 Energy and a T1 or T2 missile hardpoint
