Rev's Oculus Ramp by Revengeance

Probably my favorite piece to date, this enhancement of my Roundabout Ramp features an additional elevated roundabout. Why is this necessary, you ask? Quite simply, the elevated roundabout can be used to easily separate out industrial traffic by connecting it to a city grid via elevated roads; even without the Heavy Traffic Ban policy, industrial traffic will favor a direct route to the highway, leaving commercial and residential traffic alone on main thoroughfares.

Additionally, everything is spaced out so that cargo train tracks can run underneath the highway and through the lower roundabout, branching off as necessary to reach terminals. This means that almost zero zonable space is wasted with track, and train/road intersections are both minimized and located exclusively at very low-load points. This setup also prevents import/export traffic from ever getting near residential roads. As seen in the screenshot, rail is tidy, and traffic is heavy but smooth even in a large city/industrial district.

(NB: This asset doesn't really like to be placed end-to-end. To do so, just remove the one offending ramp/highway segment; it's fairly easy to rebuild, and the curvature will automatically be correct.)

Requires the ability to place highways.

I like the traffic flow with this, but I've run into a bug with it. When I loaded my game after placing a couple of these, a couple of the pillars ended up glitched and causing a huge scar in the land (http://puu.sh/hHZXJ/68c330e494.jpg) . I deleted and remade the road sections but the pillars are glitched and still there (without road on top of them). Hopefully one of the bulldozer mods will be able to take care of the pillar sections but if you know why it might have done this perhaps you can fix it for future users.
