DM's Swindon Magic Roundabout

Awesome, I'm from Swindon myself, this saves me trying to build it :)

This is way handy. I have found that this handles a fairly even amount of traffic from various directions very well.

It doesn't though handle high rates of traffic from say point A to B since any sort of backup can lock up much of the roundabout in several directions.

Still as sort of a downtown hub and spokes with a bypass highway over it for through traffic... this works GREAT and looks great.

I think a redditor described it perfectly with a "we drive as fast as possible, crying and screaming hoping we find out exit before we die." That said, I've got no issues with using it as a baseline to try and create a bigger one =) I think a six side or eight side would look sexy.

not too bad Just a shame in road roundabouts aren't a thing The magic roundabout would be hard to do in any game but this is a pretty good aproximation

@Arconic: You're very correct there, unfortunately C:S doesn't have any in-road roundabouts so this was the best I could do to recreate it. This is more a design based on how it works rather than a strict recreation of it :)

@jivali: Unless you actually increase the size of the roundabout, you can't really add any more roads to/from it. You could however make one exit split off into two roads, same with having two roads merge into one from the entry points. Best thing you can really do currently with it. If there's enough interest I might make some different sized versions.

Can it be enlarged by adding more entry/exits?
