Methis' Ypenburg Interchange

Knooppunt Ypenburg is an interchange in The Hague, Netherlands and named after the historic airfield of the same name, it connects Rijksweg 4, Rijksweg 13 and local Roads.
Originally build in 1939 as a Traffic Circle for Rijksweg 13, it wouldn't be untill 1957 that de Rijksweg 4 was connected and Interchange was rebuild and opened as a 3-level stack.
In 1985 Rijksweg 4 was extended and in 1998 Rijksweg 4 was extensivly reworked with the last revision happening in 1999.
To this day it serves as an important connection in the Dutch highway system for trough fare between The Hague, Rotterdam to the south and Amsterdam to the north.
