100% optimized map for CS: GO

Improvements are included:

Added image of a girl at spawn
Added pictures of girls in the back of the map
Spawn only counter-terrorists team
Changed spawn players
Removed primary weapon
Bhop blocks no longer fall
On bhop blocks can jump multiple times
All teleports replaced with new
