A SC3000 Oil Power Plant homage. Completely rebuilt and reimagined.

Grid size: 7x7
Cost: 45.000
Maintenance: 1.760 / week
Provides: 112MW
Needs: 0m3 / week

Pollution traits are similar to the Oil Plant at the cost of a little more pollution but with a smaller radius. Very similar to the Natural Gas Power Plant.

Think you can also do the Simcity 3000 coal power plant, you know the one that looks like Battersea Power Station and is also on Pink Floyd's album, Animals. That would be AWSOME!!!
