Lardlords who ask the wrong questions don't last long in this burough. Larry knows the right questions. Like when two characters in leather jackets approached Larry and offered cash to use the space behind the gas tank for some 'underground construction work'. All Larry asked was "hows abouts I fix up a billboard in front of it to give youse some privacy?"

No custom assets here, just an unusal application of stock ones. Looks great in gaps between tall buildings in your run-down industrial districts. Looks terrible anywhere else.
