KDM Public Restroom

This is my first building for Cities: Skylines. It's mainly for feeling out the entire process.

So I wanted to create the ultimate party mecca for Cities: Skylines. And nothing says PARTY more than a *public restroom*. It's got a playground, sitting area, and even a back alley where the rowdy youth can go shoot dice while cutting class. In fact, it may be better to think of this place more as a party zone that just so happens to have a public restroom on its lot. Because, y'know, Cims still need a sanitary place to go to the bathroom in their city.

Given that this area has a playground and some zones for crowds, I've made this asset behave just like a park commensurate with your typical park's upkeep and benefits.

I've posted all of the source files for this on my github here: https://github.com/kabojnk/cities-skylines -- the readme file also goes into what my typical process is for making models for this game. I know this particular building isn't a gem or anything, but I figure I'd provide my source stuff just in case anybody was curious.
