Level 2 3x4 Bollard Office (Growable)

This office is based on "The Bollard" in the Netherlands. It's unique, round architecture adds a nice flavor of variety to the mainly boxy buildings of Cities Skylines.

Always nice to see an american make buildings from my country , a windmill would be nice too as a bar like they have in Amsterdam

@roberto The Level 3 buildings seem pretty big. I mainly picked level 2 because of its size. I might just have to make a larger L3 version now...
