this is a highway endpoint or district entrance point. you should connect both main entrances to each side of highway.
the exits (2) should also be connecto to a highway (both sides)

traffic coming from the highway (both directions) that wants to go to the district, will be able to enter each side thanks to this block, without blocking each other in order to do so.

its the first module made to re-distribute heavy traffic into 3 medium load highway's that should lead to the residential module (could be used for shops or industry as well ofc)

works great for me, and very important piece in making a modular city without jams
