It's the Military Sniper on the L4D1 Animations, I had to use the pre-release mesh since it had a shorter clip. (The world model matches too, so don't worry about that)

If you are wondering why the survivors don't grip the sniper, it's because the L4D1 animations don't fully work on L4D2
