Not really my area of expertise sadly, I've yet to see any other content creators able to do it either. Maybe it will come out as a mod eventually

Any way you could categorize it as a billboard so it'll show up in the random billboards? I'm ignorant to asset editor.

All these billboards are props so you should find them in the asset editor under an icon that looks like a park bench I think.
