One World Trade Center (Rebalanced and Redone)

A lot of requests were put in to fix a few things and rebalance the actual building. This is that redone building.

One World Trade Center now a single building allowing it to be taller and looking like an actual skyscraper. Higher poly count allow more details and better textures.

NOTE: This is a new mod because I still wanted to support the other one if you still wanted all 4 buildings as one plot, this is only the One World Trade Center.

Changes
-Single building (9x9 Plot)
-Fixed LODs (if anyone knows how to tile the window shader for LOD properly please tell me)
-Cost:350 000
-Upkeep 15 000
-Higher electricty consumption

Buildings 2-4 in the works and then I will be choosing between the Burj Kalafi or the Kingdom Tower for the next one.
