Can you make it to the top?

I'd hate to be in your shoes, city planner. Can't leave, until you build all monuments? That's gotta be a tough job, even if the water wasn't trying to flood you out. I've done the calculations, and based on the flow, you'll need to get to another level within a year... before you have some time to breathe. I hope you can get it done, otherwise I'll be sure to send you some scuba gear soon...


**Note this is still being playtested, but I could definitely use the communities input in tweaking the map and the timings. Let me know, and I hope you enjoy it!
