Fixes:
-Added alpha map to sign
-Removed color variations
-Reduced size greatly to try to match cims scale

Awesome idea. I subscribed to this, but if it's been added to my city I'll never find it. I tried making little one-square zones (don't know how many squares this needs) to see if it would pop up there, but no luck. Needs to be plopable.
