Small Recycling Center

Small Recycling is a good alternative to a garbage incinerator. It has 15 trucks instead of 27, but a slightly larger collection radius, and the same processing rate and capacity. It costs the same to build, but maintenance cost is only 480 instead of 1440. It's best suited for smaller towns, where you don't want to use landfills. It doesn't create any pollution.
