Hoverplane

This light-frame plane utilizes hoverpads to balance. Activated Controllers turn the props on and off at will, but there is enough battery power and solar paneling to keep the craft airborne indefinitely. Achieves flight velocity very quickly upon activation, and is stable enough to glide under no power. Very manueverable!
