This mod will replace ALL death screams and wounded voice callouts with different voices of the girls from the popular browser game Kantai Collection (Kan Colle), and a few voices from the characters of Blazblue.

======UPDATE 03/03/2016======
Steam refuses to let me update this mod, so a more recent version has been uploaded to my online storage. The link can be found at http://pastebin.com/4cCniJmG

+This mod features roughly 100 different voice clips callouts, providing less repetition of phrases.
+Voice pack will trigger for both insurgents and security forces.
+Replaces the voices for the death of players near and far accordingly.
+Replaces the voices for callouts of wounded players.
+A wide variety of moans, screams, and phrases.
+Enjoy the sounds of battle as you hear cute anime girls dropping to the floor as the say their final words.
+Now includes headshot screams.

As with all sound mods, enter "snd_restart" into the console for it to work correctly. Will not work on Pure servers.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\insurgency2\insurgency\custom

May be different depending on where your game files are installed, and if the custom folder doesn't exist you may have to create it. This was the old location prior to an update patch for Insurgency and Steam and still worked the last time I played it.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\222880

Is an alternative path where insurgency started placing all workshop content mods. If you create a folder called 410263570, which is this workshop item's id, it should help keep it organized
