Percy, I figured out why it was doing that... Opening the asset in the editor shows that he built it off to the corner. That phantom piece is the center square of the asset... I remade them so they're built in the center of the editor. (I also made a Dirt road un-decorated, Regular 2 way with walkways. Just so I could start my grids before hitting 7.5k population.)

This little piece here is a bit bugged. I don't know why, but when I try to place it on different game maps it acts like it has another piece at a fair distance from it, which at times interferes with existent constructions.

I love the GBX stuff yr doing, any chance you'll be able to do another video with the new parks the square and all the bits operating together. I've had much more success with these than I've had without them.
