this is a very ugly building. the text isn't even properly placed on the building.

Very ugly building to be honest, had to look alot to find this one and delete it due to the bad picture.

It would be much better proportionally as a 1x1 building. As it is it ends up being way to big next to the other low level commercial buildings and the lettering on the sign goes off the edge.
